Switching storage mode requires an Admin or Manager PIN.
Sites & Units
Add each Site (e.g. a client location) and the Unit(s) working there (e.g. a job/contract number).
Staff
Add a name for the Assigned Staff dropdown. Add a PIN too if this person should be able to unlock the board and confirm edits (requires an Admin PIN to set). In Cloud Sync mode a PIN is required for everyone.
Change Log
Every manual edit made on the board, most recent first.
Upload Bookings
Upload the daily/monthly Excel export to update the board.
Storage
Local Mode keeps all data on this device only, with zero network calls. Cloud Sync stores data centrally so multiple devices share one live board.

Note: switching modes does not currently move existing data between them.
